Registration
 
  1. Please fill in the Registration Form (available in MS Word and PDF formats) and return it to the Conference Organizing Committee not later than 30 April 2012 (extended to 20 May 2012).
  2. The abstract and/or paper should be submitted no later than 20 June 2012. Please observe the guidelines for abstract / paper submission
  3. Formal invitation letters will be sent out on or before 5 July 2012 to those participants whose abstracts/papers are accepted by the review committee.

Conference Fee
  1. Accommodation and traveling cost should be responsible by participants.
  2. Venue and printing cost of conference information will be responsible by Ethnic Chinese Classic Texts and Characters Research Centre, Beijing Normal University, People’s Republic of China.
